3. ANY ORDERS THAT CONTAIN POWDERED ALUMINUM &  ANY  OXIDIZERS TOGETHER WILL BE CANCELLED
UNLESS WE HAVE A COPY OF YOUR BATFE TYPE 20 LICENSE ON FILE.

4. YOU MAY ORDER ALUMINUM OR OXIDIZERS, BUT THEY MUST BE ORDERED ON SEPERATE ORDERS.
HOWEVER, IF YOUR SEPERATE ORDERS ARE 2LBS OF OXIDIZERS AND THE OTHER 1LB OF ALUMINUM OR ANY 2 TO 1
COMBINATION, BOTH ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED. NO EXECPTIONS UNLESS YOU HOLD AN ATF LICENSE.

5. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOUR PAY-PAL ADDRESS OF RECORD, IF PAY-PAL IS THE PAYMENT METHOD SELECTED. IF IT IS NOT YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS
PLEASE CORRECT IT AND HAVE THE ADDRESS CONFIRMED BEFORE ORDERING, WE WILL NOT BE RESONSIBLE FOR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS TO THE WRONG
ADDRESS & YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO US AND TO RESHIP IT BACK TO YOU. IF YOU ORDER BY CREDIT CARD YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE NAME & BILLING ADDRESS OF RECORD. 7. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ELECTROLYTIC CELLS & PARTS MUST BE SHIPPED ONLY BY GROUND. NO ORDERS CONTAINING ANY CHEMICALS-PYRO METALS-FUSE CAN BE SHIPPED BY AIR. USPS PRIORITY MAIL IS AN AIR SERVICE AND CANNOT BE USED. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS WHEN SELECTING YOUR SHIPPING METHOD. USPS PARCEL POST CAN TAKE UP TO 9 DAY'S FOR DELIVERY. IF YOU WANT IT FASTER PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CARRIER.

8. APPROXIMATE WEIGHTS STATED ON ITEM ARE SHIPPING WEIGHTS. ALL CHEMICALS ARE SOLD BY THE POUND. IF YOU ORDER 1 POUND OR MORE THE APPOXIMATE WT IS 1.5LBS PER POUND. THIS INCLUDES THE WEIGHT OF THE CONTAINER ALSO. SHIPPING WEIGHT ON A PACKAGE IS IN 1 POUND INCREMENTS. A ONE POUND PACKAGE IS SHIPPED AS TWO POUNDS , TWO POUNDS ARE SHIPPED AS THREE AND SO ON.

9. ITEM SUBSTITUTION: ALTHOUGH WE STRIVE TO HAVE ALL PRODUCTS IN STOCK, OCCASIONALLY WE WILL NOT HAVE THE EXACT ITEM IN STOCK. WE WILL SUBSTITUE A PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS WITH A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT THAT IS A DIFFERENT COLOR OR A HIGHER QUALITY - PRICED  ITEM UNLESS YOU STATE IN THE NOTE SECTION NO SUBSTITUTIONS AT CHECK-OUT. 

Hold Harmless Agreement

Online Hold Harmless Agreement. To order anything from American Pyrotechnic  Supply  you must  Read  & Accept the Hold Harmless Agreement . When you place your order using the shopping cart,   You must check the Terms & Conditions box.  By checking  the I accept the terms & conditions you are stating that you Understand and  Accept the following:

   HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

A) that he/she is 18 years of age or older;

B) that the chemicals and/or supplies purchased have hazardous properties that may endanger life, limb and property.

C) that he/she is legally entitled to receive these materials. In consideration for the sale of the above chemicals and/or supplies to the purchaser you agree as follows:

D) that the manufacturer of the chemicals and American Pyrotechnics is not responsible for any physical harm to the buyer or bystanders or damage to property.

1. There is no warranty that the chemicals and/or supplies are merchantable or that they are fit for a particular purpose.

2. In no event shall the seller, or seller's heirs and assigns, be liable for consequential damages, nor shall seller's liability on any claim for damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery, or use of the chemicals and/or supplies exceed the purchase price of the chemicals and/or supplies.

3. The purchaser  will not use the chemicals and/or supplies in violation of any local, state, or federal law.

4. The purchaser  agrees to hold the seller and the product manufacturer harmless from and will indemnify seller and product manufacturer from damages caused by the use of the chemicals and/or supplies.

5. The purchaser  agrees that the conditions above apply equally to all current, past, and future purchases from American Pyrotechnic Supply.
