Adjustable scoops for dispensing an equal amount of composition for loading rockets, gerbs, fountains, wheel drivers, Roman candles etc. Made of aluminum and machined with an "O" ring in the plunger for a tight fit in the sleeve to prevent accidental movement. The plunger has a knurled grip for a handle.
The sleeve has a tapered edge for easy pick-up and pouring.
