WHISTLE JIG.
If you like whistles and would like to speed up the loading process, then this loading jig will help. The tooling consists of an aluminum block with 12 pins ½" diameter sticking up 1" high. The aluminum rammer has a knurled grip. Place a tube on every pin and load each tube with whistle mix.
Press each whistle one at a time, moving the rammer from one tube to another compacting the comp. Repeat until the tubes are filled to the desired height. The cavity left by the pins can be filled with flash powder to give a little surprise as the whistle burns down to the end if one wishes to do so.
